Description We are offering a contract for a Technical Support Specialist role in the industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide assistance to our customers, installers, and distributors who need help with our products. This role involves a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting system and network issues, facilitating new customer activations, and maintaining communication with internet companies to ensure proper configuration of modems and routers.Responsibilities: Answer technical support calls and resolve issues promptly Assist customers, installers, and distributors with the use of company products, including troubleshooting system and network problems Facilitate new customer activations and perform data entry into the company server Maintain communication with Internet companies to ensure that modems and routers are configured correctly to work with company products Handle additional technical support tasks as directed Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain accurate customer credit records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient mannerRequirements Proficiency in providing technical support to customers, resolving issues effectively. Demonstrated experience in the field of technical support. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a customer-focused approach in challenging situations. Basic troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Proven ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and developments. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
