Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Bradenton, Florida. This role is based in a fully on-site workplace and will be integral to our finance team in the industry. Responsibilities: Utilize NetSuite Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Perform auditing tasks to ensure financial compliance. Handle and resolve billing functions in a timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and ensure accuracy. Process customer credit applications with precision. Maintain meticulous customer credit records.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential. Familiarity with NetSuite software is a necessity. Solid understanding of various Accounting Functions is crucial. Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required. Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
