As a division of TransDigm, we are looking for a Machine Shop Supervisor responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our machining, saw, and maintenance teams. Continuous improvement of processes for efficiency and developing a relationship with our customers is a must. You will lead the machine shop team, handle machine maintenance and daily scheduling, coordinate materials and labor, make recommendations on capital spending to improve capacity and quality, and coordinate efforts between the production, planning, and engineering teams. Planning and managing all repair and installation activities are also part of the role. The ability to work in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision is required. Willingness to work weekends as needed is necessary.Hard Skills
