We have an office space that need updating and changed to drywall and insulation repair inside a warehouse.
Having issues loading all pictures more are coming.
What could this entail?
Plumer:
we have some back flows with leaks and looks for options on repairs.
Office Area:
All ceiling tiles need to be replaced.
Existing wall panels need to be removed and replaced with drywall.
Paint and trim throughout the space.
Install a sliding window at the end of the office for communication between the warehouse and office.
The middle wall in the office is likely being removed to create a fully open space.
All cabinets should be removed, and new ones minimally reinstalled.
Bathroom:
Remodel needed.
Toilet can stay, but we’ll need:
New flooring
New drywall
Fresh paint and trim
Warehouse area
Insulation needs to be taped up where it can be.
Might even replace some of it.
