Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining schedules.
Perform data entry, file management, and maintain organized records.
Support marketing efforts, including posting listings and managing online platforms.
Run occasional errands, such as picking up supplies or documents.
Coordinate with property management team and assist in leasing operations.
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including proficiency Google Workspace.
Ability to learn property management software.
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
Reside in or near Daytona Beach, FL.
Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
