Property management company located in Ormond Beach is now interviewing for a part time agent to handle a small portfolio of rental units. Guaranteed monthly base income plus commissions for units that are leased each month.
Payment for other functions such as unit inspections, special projects, etc. add to monthly income. Requirements are that you must have a real estate salesperson license (or willing to get one) and live within 10 miles of Ormond Beach.
Work schedule is just a few hours a week, infrequent meetings and no work on Sundays. Great for extra spending cash.
