> Full-time | Long Term Out of Town Install Project (Vierra, Fl)
> Trim Installer – Lead & Assistant (2-Man Crew Needed)
Pay:
> Lead Installer: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
> Assistant Installer: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
> Per Diem

> Project is out of town (Vierra, Fl) – travel required. Must have own transportation.
Description:
> Gleman & Sons Custom Woodworks, LLC is looking for a dependable and experienced 2-person trim installation crew for an upcoming out-of-town project. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled teams who are comfortable working on-site away from home and delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
> Install interior trim (casing, baseboard, crown molding, etc.)
> Read and interpret plans or site instructions
> Maintain precision and attention to detail
> Work independently and efficiently
> Ensure a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
> 2+ years of trim/finish carpentry experience for Lead Installer
> Basic experience and motivation to learn for Assistant Installer
> Must have own tools and reliable transportation
> Willingness to travel
> Strong teamwork and communication
