Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative 3 located in Doral, Florida. In this role, you will be interacting with customers to provide information and resolve complaints about our products and services. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer queries and complaints.Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services. Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and conduct follow-ups as needed. Refer customers to appropriate resources such as inbound sales, billing, and technical support. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account activity. Conduct data entry tasks and utilize internal databases to answer customer questions. Write non-technical internal and external documentation. Maintain accurate customer records, including tracking of customer interactions and queries. Determine customer eligibility for technical support and transfer requests to technical support queues as necessary. Follow-up on customer inquiries regarding orders, shipment tracing, returned goods, etc. Document customer concerns and forward complaint trends to appropriate departments. Requirements Proficiency in Customer Service is required Must possess Data Entry skills Familiarity with Office Functions Experience in providing Technical Support Proficiency in Microsoft Word Experience working with Databases Familiarity with About Time software Experience with Billing processes Knowledge of Shipping Functions Ability to handle Complaints effectively Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Strong Interpersonal Skills Excellent Written Communication skills Ability to resolve Customer Complaints Familiarity with various Computer Programs Experience with Technical Documentation Ability to manage Queues effectively Experience in Inbound Sales Ability to perform Photocopying and Scanning documents Must possess strong problem-solving skills.
