Manages employees engaged in providing information system solutions and technical support in one or more functional areas.
Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Handle critical IT tasks and systems to provide critical services to the customer and enable them to achieve a technological advantage
Design, organize, modify, and support an organization’s computer systems, including operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email systems, and user hardware (laptops, PCs).
Work with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
Acts as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution.
Provides first-line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocates unresolved issues as appropriate.
Assists with the development of standards, and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve, or escalate issues.
Contributes to the creation of support documentation

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
