We are looking for a responsible person who has QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience. This position would assist with billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits. We are rapidly growing with many opportunities for advancement and would love to have you as part of our team.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits.
Collecting on past due accounts
Assist with administrative tasks on an as needed basis.
Keeping financial information confidential.
Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Prior experience working in accounting or bookkeeping a plus
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong multitasking abilities
Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
