Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper

Full time job with benefits. Duties include:

- Accounting

- Issuance of Invoices

- Bookkeeper, must have account reconciliation experience.

- No remote work. This is an in-office position.

- Person will also be following up with clients for payment and late payments

- Benefits available after 90 days , (health, dental vision, etc.)

- Must be highly efficient with Excel multiple sheet workbooks with formulas and Office 365, Drop Box file management. Good Client contact and correspondence, administrative assistant, general office. Must be able to use computer, printer, copier with top efficiency

- Organization of all Company data, emails and documents

- Accounts payables/ Account Receivables

- Expense Tracking, Data entry and maintenance
