What You’ll Do:
Accurately process and post customer payments.
Keep customer accounts up to date and make sure billing information is current.
Send out statements to clients and ensure they understand their payments.
Help resolve any billing issues or discrepancies with a positive attitude.
Work closely with other departments to address any payment-related questions.
