We handle the bookkeeping of our clients and are currently looking for an accountant/bookkeper to join our team. You will be responsible in dealing with our clients and manage their books.
Job Description
We are seeking a part-time/full-time bookkeeper/accountant to join our team in Brickell Miami. This person must be an organized, self-starter, with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. This position requires strong bookkeeping, Accounts Payable Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, and communication skills with staff and clients.
Responsibilities of Bookkeeper:
Assist with General Ledger entries
Process payroll, including related journal entries and submissions/reconciliations of other payroll-related disbursements
Responsible for Accounts Payable processes including reconciliations
Ensure proper collection and reporting of Accounts Receivables
Provide cash flow analysis and bank reconciliations
Weekly, monthly and yearly reports
Help with Administrative duties as they arise
Registration for Sales Tax with several States
Filing of Sales Tax Returns with several States
Job Requirements:
GERMAN LANGUAGE in writing/oral is preferred - You need to contact our clients in German language.
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience
QuickBooks/Xero.com Experience
Experience with month-end closing
Must be a team player
Detail Oriented and Driven
AP / AR Reconciliation Experience
Strong MS Office skills
Degree in Accounting is preferred
Work Authorization to work in the USA
(German)
