Grow Inn Homes — is looking for a detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to help manage our financial records.
About the Role:
10-15 hours per week (starting, most likely will increase)
Work can be hybrid (part-remote and part-in-office)
Starting $25 per hour
Long-term growth opportunity for the right person
Responsibilities:
Record and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor payments
Track property expenses and income for multiple projects
Generate monthly financial reports
Maintain organized digital records and receipts
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Reliable and responsive communication
Real estate or property management experience is a plus
