Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated HR & Operations Manager who can take the lead in building and managing our team of cleaners. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, experienced in managing staff, and ready to grow with us into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage cleaning staff
Schedule and coordinate daily jobs and staff assignments
Monitor team performance and ensure service quality
Use Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage operations
Communicate with clients and resolve service issues
Support company growth and help develop systems and workflows
Qualifications:
Experience in team management, HR, or operations (cleaning industry a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools
Self-starter with a positive attitude and leadership mindset
English fluency required (Spanish is a plus)
