We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) sales manager to lead our sales team. You must be a highly motivated and lively individual that will help us with the high volume of accounts in our company.
A Sales Manager/Leader is a person who is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives within our organization. This individual is responsible for setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and motivating their team to achieve those goals.
The Purpose of a Sales Manager/Team Leader is to provide guidance, support, and direction to the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and increase customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for ensuring that the sales process is being followed correctly, and that the team is meeting their targets and objectives.
