Ontrak Vehicle Transporters is a transport company dedicated to transportation of car rental vehicles. Our customers require the constant transportation of these vehicles to keep up with demand in the Miami Car Rental Center. We are currently seeking a shift manager with the ability to manage 30+ drivers on a daily basis and ensure that target numbers are met.
Candidates must have the following qualities:
Positive attitude
Manage with respect
Solve problems quickly
Identify bottle necks in flow of vehicles and solve them quickly
Ability to walk 3+ miles per day
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with technology
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
Previous rental car experience a plus
Dispatching experience a plus
Scheduling experience a plus
This position also requires candidates to be available to work during ALL major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years). This is our busiest time of the year and no exceptions will be made.
