Join our dynamic team as a Case Acceptance Specialist based in our Hollywood Office. Working on a schedule of Monday through Friday from [11 am to 8 pm]. At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you:
Key Responsibilities:
Case Acceptance: Manage the intake of vehicle repossession cases from banks and lenders, ensuring all submissions are properly logged.
Information Review: Analyze and verify case details provided by clients, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all necessary information.
Skip-Tracing: Conduct light skip-tracing efforts to help confirm the location of vehicles.
Case Preparation: Refine and prepare cases for our field agents, ensuring that all relevant details are available and accurate for smooth execution.
Client Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
Requirements:
-Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing case information.
-Must be highly proficient and quick with computer systems, capable of efficiently handling multiple platforms and tasks at once.
-We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage case information while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
