We are currently seeking a highly talented agent for the Customer Service Department.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
You will work side by side learning the business, communicating with other departments to make sure work is completed to high standards. Part of this is analyzing data, and finding any issues – this takes a great problem solver, as well as a whiz at Google Sheets. We need someone who can also think quick on their feet, have great communication skills - along with the ability to meet high demands. Job duties include ;
Operating a communications system as well as providing excellent customer service to each and every customer.
Navigate through multiple screens and platforms to ensure quality assistance ( experience with granot preferred )
Execute daily tasks and calendar management
Qualifications:
Proficient with Google sheets and the capability of learning new software specific to our industry.
Analytical thinking
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Positive Attitude
Self-Motivated and ability to multitask, work with limited supervision and meet deadlines
This position is required to be in office - not remote.
