Customer Service Representative
needed for our expanding interstate moving company.
We are looking for an experienced customer service rep for our growing business!
Representative will act as a liaison with our client base.
Duties include managing incoming/outgoing telephone calls, texts and emails.
These communication’s will include, but are not limited to, product/service informational calls, sale verifications, and customer service inquiries.
Departments goal is to provide our customers with excellent, efficient, and accurate information while maintaining professionalism to achieve high customer satisfaction. We are not like most offices. We pride ourselves in quoting honestly and standing behind our service. You can be proud of the work you do !
The candidate should be able to:
Follow procedures and company guidelines
Navigate a CRM as well as google document/sheet
Multi-task and prioritize effectively while being detail oriented.
Moving experience is necessary.
Compensation is based on Experience. Minimum $700 a week / $17.50 Hrly - 1099 contractor
Paid Weekly
Lunch provided on Fridays
