Customer Service Representative (2nd Shift)

A dynamic and customer-focused produce distribution company that prides itself on delivering top-notch service and support to our customers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 2nd-Shift Customer Service Representative (5pm to 12am) to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

As a CSR, you will be an integral part of our customer support team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone.

Providing product information and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to address complex customer issues.

Contributing to a positive work environment and embodying our company's values.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused and empathetic attitude.

Basic computer proficiency.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
