Looking to hire field Customer Service Reps to assist in booking appointments for our technicians.
Our office will train in ALL required areas- we require NO previous experience
Immediate Start - Immediate Hire
NOT A CALL CENTER
Responsibilities:
Setting appointments for glass installers
Verifying damage on windshields
Writing work orders for damage
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field (is a plus BUT not required)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong people skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Bi-lingual is a plus
Pay: $47-$50k yr + bonuses
