Our company is seeking a dedicated Office Manager/Bookkeeper for an in-office position.
We've recently undergone a reorganization and downsizing and are now on the mend. We need someone who can help us organize and assist with this restructuring process.
This role is for someone resilient and up for the challenge. Must be able to work in sometimes stressful environments, wear multiple hats and ready to help us climb, build, and grow.

- Communicating with clients and vendors
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Rectifying late payments and financial discrepancies
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
- Supporting the team through the reorganization process

Hours are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm, must be able to work in our West Palm Beach office.
