Our client needs 2 construction project accountants with experience tracking the financial progress of multiple construction projects and also be a liaison between the project managers and the executive team. Process project related contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other construction agreements.
Review and process job cost invoices and subcontractor billings.
Ensure all project costs (equipment, material, supplies, misc.) are processed.
Perform closeout functions including reconciliations, financial status reports, final invoices, and final reporting.
Ensure proper payments to all subcontractors and suppliers.
Must have 3+ years of project accounting construction experience.
Sage 300 or Procure preferred
