Hypower is currently seeking a Project Executive to join our Electrical Group. Overview: The Project Executive in the Electrical Group is a key role responsible for the overall success and performance of assigned project(s). This includes managing all operational aspects such as project management, financial oversight, scheduling, and change order management. A strong focus on Safety, Client Relations, and adherence to local market standards is essential. Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience and local market connections. Salary Range: $150,000-$180,000 + Project Incentives Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Safety Management: Prioritize and enforce safety standards and regulations across all projects. Conduct safety audits and implement proactive safety measures to maintain a secure working environment.

Financial Acumen: Full control over the financial aspects of the Project(s), encompassing cost analysis, revenue management, billing, projections, margins, and other financial metrics. Analyze performance, identify financial discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Client Relations: Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with clients. Negotiate contracts and change orders while ensuring client satisfaction and balancing company interests. Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and fostering long-term relationships.

Estimating and Change Orders: Skilled in project and change order estimation, scope identification, and gap analysis. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and scopes. Effective negotiation of change orders.

Scheduling: Expert in scheduling, integrating our work with the General Contractor’s schedule. Proficient in scheduling software and understanding work breakdown structures. Collaborate with the Director of Field Operations for goal alignment.

VDC and Preconstruction: Experienced in preconstruction processes and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) projects, including 2D and 3D modeling, prefabrication, and kitting. Utilize advanced technology solutions such as Trimble Total Station.

Leadership Skills: Manage and develop team talent. Establish feedback loops, training opportunities, and manage relationships with customers, vendors, and team members effectively.

Process and Procedures: Adapt to a systemized environment. Innovate and improve processes, ensuring adherence and effective training on new procedures.

Networking: Engage in networking events, maintaining a balance between protecting company interests and sustaining client relationships.

Intangibles: Delegate effectively, conduct efficient meetings, and maintain a visionary outlook. Build team morale, foster positive employee-client relationships, promote corporate culture, and encourage continuous improvement. Desire for personal growth.
