Coordinates the movement of products between Stryker warehouse and 3rd party warehouses through all 3PL companies.

Ensure timely review and payment of bills with all freight forwarders.

Manages all aspects of shipping documentation: creation of shipment authorization paperwork, verification of packing slips, and coordination of 3PL partners on the creation of freight and customs documentation.

Review and update Inventory standard operating procedures and Work Instructions, providing updates as needed.

Demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment, engaging, interacting, and responding promptly, accurately, courteously, and poised to encourage positive business relationships.

Process all work following relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.

Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, and/or shipments.

Meet work schedule and overtime requirements including weekends.

What you need:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

Supply chain and/or 3rd party logistics experience is preferred.

High School diploma required.

Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, organizational and business skills.

Proficiency in MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), with a preference for SAP experience.

Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time to conduct site visits.
