RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Product Manager in Coconut Creek, FL.

Responsibilities
In this role, the Product Manager will define strategies, develop product roadmap, write one pagers and Product Requirement documents to align stakeholders and lead successful execution of initiatives to produce growth of Sales and Increase in Consumer engagement
Partner with business teams to identify their pain points, convert into requirements, and collaborate with UX, Business, Data team to define an iterative solution to the problem statement
Develop platforms to enable the Sales & Client Services team to delight our clients, fuel membership growth, increase customer retention
Partner with the Sale & Service Product Team on establishing product culture, and influence the organization on the overall product strategy
The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, Data Science and go to market teams to develop the product roadmap, the operating structure, and process to deliver on business goals
Participate and influence agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, team retrospectives and daily scrum
Lead the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and developing the acceptance criteria
As a Product Manager, you will manage prioritization of defects and work with teams to ensure proper resourcing and scheduling to resolve them

REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Product passion and knowledge; Must have experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value to the business
In your 5+ years in a change/growth product management role you have become adept at writing one pagers and PRDs to convert ambiguity into structure and align stakeholders
Must have experience working with Sales, Client Services, Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to understand the business use cases and prioritize effort to deliver the value to the business
Able to run Engineering PODs with Sprint process combined with experience driving new methodologies and apply a change management process to implement strategies to support adoption
Strong communication skills; Adeptly focus requests into Problem Statements, Objectives, and Solutions to deliver improvements that meet cross-functional needs; Your proven communication skills give you confidence speaking with users, senior leaders, business stakeholders, and Development teams and allow you to influence without authority
You combine your comfort with data with your ability to use information to provide meaning to analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features
