We are seeking experienced candidates for our upscale busy, local neighborhood restaurants. We have a strong established customer base that is accustomed to our great vibe, high level service, excellent pizza, delicious Italian specialties, as well as, steaks and fresh seafood.
Hiring Line cooks, Pizzaiolo, pizzamaker
2 Locations- Coral Gables and Pinecrest
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION- $16-$19 per hour - based on experience.
-LINE COOKS
- Minimum of two years' practice as a member of a food and beverage establishment.
- culinary background in Italian cuisine, fresh seafood and quality meats.
- Candidates should have acceptable knowledge of high quality ingredients and international cuisine.
-PIZZAMAKERS/PIZZAIOLO- Must have experience in free-hand style stretching NY style pizza (and a plus if you can also make a Neapolitan Pizza in wood burning oven). This is a High volume station.
