About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Server to join our team. You’ll be the face of Vincenzo’s, helping guests order, answering questions, running food, and keeping service smooth and welcoming.
Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
Take orders accurately at the counter and over the phone
Operate the POS system (Toast experience a plus)
Handle cash, credit card payments, and receipts
Run food to tables and ensure orders are correct
Keep the dining area organized, clean, and fully stocked
Provide quick service during rushes
Assist with packaging takeout and delivery orders
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
Requirements
Strong customer service skills
Energetic, reliable, and able to multitask
Must speak English (Spanish preferred)
Able to work evenings and weekends
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus
Professional appearance and strong communication
