Confidential sports bar with great reputation and sustainable food sales is looking for a full time Head Chef/Kitchen Manager. Responsibilities include ordering cost-efficiently from our food suppliers, receiving deliveries, developing the staff schedule, managing line cooks, prep cooking, batch cooking, developing specials that in line with a sports bar, cleaning, acting as line cook, etc. This is a hands-on position with all of the responsibilities of the line cooks and also taking on the managerial roles as well.
This is a salaried position with pay in line with experience. Two weeks vacation will be included after 6 months of employment. Shifts will mostly be day time, with some night oversight needed.
