We are looking for a reliable and experienced Prep Cook/Driver to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in food preparation and a clean driving record. This dual-role position requires someone who can efficiently handle kitchen prep tasks and safely deliver catering orders to our clients.

Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Prep Cook Duties:
Prepare ingredients for recipes as directed by the Head Chef and kitchen staff
Assist in the preparation and assembly of menu items
Ensure that all food is prepared and stored according to food safety guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Driver Duties:
Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders to clients
Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the quality and presentation of food
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and event staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation
A clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and transport heavy food containers and equipment
Flexibility to work the required hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
No rookies; we need someone who can hit the ground running.
