POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide exceptional customer service and assistance with general inquiries and reservations. To take reservations for The Company efficiently and effectively maximizing reservation capacities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
To provide a friendly phone manner assisting guests with all inquiries (please note all phone correspondence is subject to audio recording to assist in providing customer service and training development)
A thorough understanding of all booking policies and procedures
Works as a member of the restaurant team. Interacts with service crew in a positive manner. Assists others whenever needed.
Interacts with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, particularly in resolving Guest complaints.
Anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are made.
Follow proper time and attendance and uniform procedures.
