Job Description
We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) looking to join our clinical team. Newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply. The position is a full-time salaried W-2 employee position. Full benefit packages are available to full-time employees including 4 weeks of PTO, paid sick leave, medical, vision and dental benefits, 401K plan, quarterly bonuses, conference stipends and more! Positions available are hybrid roles to include primarily on-site supervision and protocol modification services throughout Miami-Dade and south Broward counties. Some services may be rendered remotely via telehealth as well.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field
Active BCBA certification

Expected Responsibilities
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, training staff and caregivers, overseeing treatment implementation, providing ongoing training to lower-level staff, making evidence-based decisions and protocol modifications, and updating behavioral intervention plans on a continuous basis. BCBAs are expected to maintain their certifications in good standing by completing continuing education requirements as dictated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
