Seeking a full-time live-out butler for private family in the Miami area
Working primarily in Miami area, willing to travel.
Required Skills/traits:
- Discreet and confidential
- Extreme attention to detail
- Organized
- Knowledge of how to care for various surfaces, fabrics, etc
- Experienced caring for expensive pieces, vases, furniture, etc throughout the home
- Team player attitude
- Friendly, peaceful, professional
- Must speak English
- Must be willing to travel for up to a couple months at a time
- Fully vaccinated
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Tasks include:
- Daily general house cleaning with deep cleaning as needed
- Laundry and ironing for the household
- Bringing in packages/mail
- Maintaining organization for the home
- Preparing the home for/assisting with events (family will bring in additional staff for large events)
- Taking note of anything that needs repair and reporting to the House Manager
Additional duties :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations to ensure a smooth service.
- Review the daily list of in-house guests to ensure their rooms are properly prepared upon arrival.
- Provide a warm and personalized welcome, addressing guests by name and anticipating their needs.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of laundry services, along with daily runs for any items
- Arrange amenities based on family needs, including personal services such as styling, haircutting, manicure, massages, etc.
- Provide outstanding service to meet guest satisfaction, which may include serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, and other food and beverage items in guest suites.
- Assist with unpacking, organizing and maintenance of family, such as polishing shoes, spot removals, brushing, pressing, or performing minor repairs upon request.
- Ensure that the property are well-stocked with amenities and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Stock and maintain the VIP suites for any specifications and communicate with all necessary departments to ensure a consistent level of service.
- Respond promptly and professionally to any family complaints or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
