Basic handyman/maintenance skills needed for this position. Routine changing of AC filters; cleaning A/C drain line, replacing lights, damaged ceiling tiles, repairing minor drywall damage, fix leaky sink, etc. There will be some basic Maintenace on Air Compressors, tire machines etc, cutting machines. Position requires ability to climb ladder, use general hand tools, maintain safety of self and others. Background must be clean and driver license must be valid.
