We’re looking for a friendly and experienced part-time surf instructor to join our team in South Beach, Miami. Most of our lessons are tailored for absolute beginners and lower intermediate surfers, and conditions are generally mellow - ideal for teaching fundamentals in a safe, fun environment.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of surfing experience
✅ Positive attitude, patience, and clear communication
✅ Ability to engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds
✅ Reliable, punctual, and respectful of equipment
✅ Previous surf instructor experience and certifications (CPR, Lifeguard, etc.) are aplus
