Family friendly Plantation Real Estate Law Office seeking a highly motivated full time Title Processor and Closer. Must have 1-3 years experience and be proficient with Double Time, Old Republic National Title and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include; new client intake, ordering title from Old Republic, payoffs, surveys, estoppel letters, lien searches, preparing closing disclosures and HUD-1, seller documents, and all pre-closing work. You will need to communicate with all parties and provide excellent customer service.
Bilingual a Plus ! Notary a plus!
Salary plus bonuses to be discussed during interview.
Hours: M-F 10:00am - 3:00pm
