Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Oversee schedules, calendars, and meeting coordination for executives.
Provide excellent support to the team by handling client communication, document preparation, and filing.
Coordinate and streamline office workflows, implementing systems to improve efficiency.
Perform billing and invoicing support, basic accounting tasks, and data entry.
Handle travel arrangements, event planning, and supplies management.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new staff, benefits management, and employee communication.
Adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities with ease.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a minimum of 3+ years in an administrative or office management role.
Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Is tech-savvy and proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and adaptable to new technologies.
Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the team.
Has experience with basic bookkeeping or billing systems (experience with [Practice CS] or similar platforms is a plus).
Shows initiative, can work independently, and is driven to improve office processes.
