A well-known contemporary artist and founder based is looking for a passionate, proactive, and engaged Administrative (Executive) Studio Assistant with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
You will work closely with the artist and his team with various administrative, creative, and ad hoc tasks on any given day. If you're a self starter, and love the idea of working on various projects, this is the right place for you.
This in-person role that blends administrative tasks with creative flair. Currently looking for 30 hours or less a week. Lots of room to grow after a review period. This role suits someone thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment, eager to contribute to artistic production and management. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties: help create administrative and creative documents, simple invoices, shipping, and the calendar monitoring, meeting scheduling.
Project Oversight: Handle logistics for installations, including booking equipment, managing shipments, and overseeing deliveries.
Creative Contributions: Assist with basic design tasks, update presentation decks, and contribute to podcast editing (training provided).
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Tackle various dynamic tasks such as research, brainstorming, and participating in fun art events.
Qualifications:
- Availability: 30 or fewer hours per week, with flexible hours and potential for full-time.
- Experience: 2-5 years in executive administrative work, creative assistant roles, or project management.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with G-suite, Notion, social media, Adobe Suite (Shaper3D knowledge is a plus; training provided).
- Design Sensitivity: An eye for design and ability to assist with creative tasks.
- Proactive Nature: Self-starter, productive, reliable, and ready for hands-on work.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Spanish speaker is a plus.
