We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Assistant administrator/Customer service representative to join our team .The ideal candidate will manage daily office
office operations, assist clients with their moving needs, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsabilities include:
.Answering and making customer calls and emails professionally
.Scheduling and confirming movings jobs and estimates
.Assisting with daily administrative task (Data entry, filing,record keeping)
.Preparing invoice and job reports
.Following up with clients for feedback and payments
Qualifications:
.Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative support
.Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel and basic computer skills)
.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
.Reliable ,punctual, and professional appearance
.Must be able to work in -person at our office
.Bilingual (English &Spanish )is a Plus.
.Coordinating with the moving teams to ensure daily operations
.Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with clients and coworkers
