We’re a small but growing paper and recycling company based in Miami, and we’re hiring a bilingual (English & Spanish) administrative assistant to support daily operations and assist with client communications.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of administrative tasks and sales-related support. You’ll work closely with the owner and be part of a small, hardworking team that keeps the business running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Administrative & Operational Support (Approx. 50%)
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and take messages
Print invoices, packing slips, and organize documents
Help check in/out recycling clients on-site
Call vendors, mechanics, and contractors
Organize receipts, assist with payroll, and manage basic office needs
Sales & Client Assistance (Approx. 50%)
Support the owner on client visits
Help prepare pricing and send offers
Follow up with clients and help manage relationships
Learn how to contribute to sales — and earn bonuses when deals close
Pay & Growth:
$17/hour starting pay
Performance bonuses available on closed deals
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)
Room to grow into roles in sales, marketing, or operations
Sales training provided — experience not required
