Front Desk/ Administrative Assistant needed for friendly Palmetto Bay Office.
Responsibilities Include:
Communicating effectively with clients, receiving and providing information as requested.
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, and other documents
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Purchase and manage office supplies
Completing general administrative duties such as emailing, scanning, completing forms, and billing
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and route correspondence appropriately
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a clerical / administrative role
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
Able to provide employment references
Hours are M-F, 9-5. Must be available for seasonal overtime.
