Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Sales Representative (Spanish & English)
Location: Tamarac, FL
Are you fluent in both English and Spanish? Do you have experience in sales and enjoy engaging with clients? We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Administrative Assistant / Sales Representative to join our growing cleaning company!
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling and client communications.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with clients.
-Handle incoming leads, making outbound calls to potential clients.
-Conduct cold calling and convert leads into customers.
-Track and meet monthly sales quotas for lead generation and conversions.
-Maintain organized records of all activities and progress.
Requirements:
-Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (100% proficiency in both languages is required).
-Experience in phone sales, including cold calling and lead management.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Previous administrative experience preferred.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
