We are seeking an E-Commerce Account Specialist to handle our E-Commerce suppliers and their product assortment listings online.
Must have knowledge of MS Office programs with high proficiency in Excel - including pivot tables, V-look ups, macros, etc. Previous E-Commerce experience is very helpful. Must have great attention to detail. English speaking is required.
Duties include: (1) Managing existing product listings & perform quality assurance by ensuring proper specification, grammar, content & images are represented online. (2) Complete Excel templates for new items including content & marketing copy information, while also complying with customer specific protocols. (3) Pull weekly/monthly performance data & define strategies for improving visibility. (4) General administrative & customer service duties as needed. (5) This position is fully onsite.
