We are looking for someone to manage the office for the upcoming 2025 tax season. Responsibilities will include:
-managing the office
-solving problems
-answering and directing phone calls
-completing individual tax returns with W-2 forms, filing and reporting
-scheduling appointments with potential client
-managing text messaging software and other manger duties as necessary
Job Details:
We are seeking someone who can communicate effectively with clients and is fluent in English. Fluent in Spanish a plus. Must have good computer skills. MS Word/Outlook/Internet. Must be detailed oriented, professional, and have the ability to prioritize. Must have good customer service skills and a professional appearance. Must have a valid drivers license as well as reliable transportation. Able to start IMMEDIATELY

Shifts available: 10am-6pm
