Freight forwarding company seeking to hire a great candidate to fulfill our growth demand.
Experience:
Timely preparation of all required documentation such as AWB's and BL's
Customer Service Oriented
At least 2 years of experience
Documentation handling (ensuring export documents are in good order to process shipments-Certificate of Origin, AES, SLI, B/L)
Air and Ocean bookings
Invoicing clients
Coordinating shipment pickups with Shipping Lines and Trucking carriers
Experience with Magaya a plus
Skills:
Highly motivated, flexible, organized with a focus on successfully accomplishing the requirements of the job.
Must work well individually and as part of a team.
Willingness to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize regularly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing across all levels of the organization and with external vendors and suppliers.
