SkyGuard Roofing is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position involves managing office operations and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Strong communication with Spanish-speaking clients is required.
Responsibilities include:
Making and answering phone calls in English and Spanish
Scheduling appointments and inspections
Following up with clients and vendors
Uploading project photos to Google and Facebook
Maintaining organized digital and paper files
Assisting with general office duties and team support
Preferred experience:
Previous work in a roofing, construction, or windows company
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic office software
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
