We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented POS System Administrator to manage the back-end setup and configuration of our point-of-sale system across multiple entertainment venue locations. This position is based in our Sunrise, Florida office, where all remote administration and system maintenance is performed.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing the internal settings of our POS system, including:
Creating and updating menu/items
Setting up discounts and pricing rules
Managing user permissions and access
Maintaining system configurations and consistency across locations
Troubleshooting and ensuring optimal system performance
Coordinating with venue managers to implement changes and updates
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with POS systems (Toast, Micros, Clover, etc. – we can train on our system)
Strong technical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and process consistency
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members at different locations
Familiarity with hospitality or entertainment industry operations is a plus
Location:
This is a full-time, on-site role in Sunrise, Florida. All system management is done from this central office.
