Management Company is looking for a quick learner to help the team and be train to do administration tasks, sales as well as field work. 80% outside activities. Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
Ideal candidate must possess the following skills: excel, word, must be able to multitask, follow up and work independently. Must be detail oriented, Bilingual English-Spanish. Must be able to pass background check. Must have basic bookkeeping skills. (Real Estate, Management experience, Social Media, Web or Realtor is a plus).
Work schedule, Monday to Friday 1030am to 630pm, (Company Provide Phone and vehicle)
The Daily work will include:
Take pictures of properties, delivering properties to new tenant, organizing, filing, inspecting properties, answer phones, drafting agreements, accounting, receiving mail, opening mail, sorting invoices for various properties, daily deposit in Bank, collecting rent, ensuring timely payment, accounting of all invoices, managing tenant/owner issues, managing tenant evictions, personal assistant, sales services to individuals or corporations.
