We are hiring a full-time real estate sales professional to join The World Realty team in Miami!
As the owner and broker, I am expanding our operations by opening an office in Dubai, and I need a strong, experienced local broker to handle sales, listings, and client relationships on the ground in Miami.
Important: This is a sales/commission-based role only. We are not hiring hourly-paid employees or administrative staff. Please do not apply if you are looking for an hourly position or fixed salary — this is strictly a performance-based sales opportunity.
Position Highlights:
✅ Full-time, on-site real estate sales role
✅ Work with your own clients + co-broker with me
✅ Manage listings, sales, and bring new business
✅ Ongoing training and direct support provided
Requirements:
Must live in Miami (this is not a remote job)
Active Florida Real Estate License (Broker License preferred)
Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience
Proven sales record and client network
Motivated, professional, and a team player
English required; Spanish is a plus
